幕張メッセにて4日間行われるパンの国際モバックショウに到着
会場はパンメーカーのブースや菓子でいっぱい 試食の嵐で腹もいっぱい
ザッシ等で有名な西川シェフの実演会など様々で勉強になることばかり
友人の親友が埼玉でパン屋さんの店長をしているので紹介してもらい又々勇気100倍
これが友達の友達は皆友達だぁぁぁ
世界は広いがパンは深い。今日もまた勉強そして向上
